Cambridge Collaborative's SEA training courses teach the theoretical background of statistical energy analysis (SEA) with a special emphasis on the assumptions made in SEA. Instruction is provided on the application of SEA modeling techniques in the analysis and design of many common structures, and practical modeling examples from different industrial situations are presented.

The classes include workshops which exercise the lessons and techniques learned in the course. Students are encouraged to submit examples of problems from their own work for use in class demonstrations or for one-on-one advice from the instructors. The courses are limited in size to maximize individual attention to each students' interests.

Classes are limited in size so please register early to ensure a position. If you require any additional information or would like to schedule an on-site training course, please feel free to contact us.

Basic Training
For customers wanting a jump start on SEA modeling with SEAM, Cambridge Collaborative offers a basic training course. The course is tailored to the customer's interests and includes an overview of SEA theory as well as individual modeling exercises. This course is essential for both engineers and managers. It gives engineers a running start and it gives managers the essential background needed to manage and direct vibroacoustic projects in which SEA is used. This course can be one or two days in length.

Advanced Training
For customers who want in-depth training on specific applications, Cambridge Collaborative offers advanced training courses. These courses are taught by instructors with specific experience in the customer's area of interest.
